Marinated Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 2-inch squares
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    fresh basil to garnish
    bagel chips or crackers to serve
Preparation
    Place cheese in a single layer in a 10 x 15-inch jellyroll pan. In a small bowl, whisk next 6 ingredients.
    Pour oil mixture over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend, turning slices occasionally.
    Arrange on a serving plate; garnish with fresh basil.
    Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
