Non-Greasy Cracklin Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 (2 oz.) bag golden cracklins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add buttermilk to make thinner batter.
    Pour into 9-inch greased skillet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown on top.
