Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely cut celery
1/4 c. finely cut sweet green peppers
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
dash of cayenne
artificial sweetener to substitute for 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place tomatoes and liquid into small bowl; cut tomatoes into very small pieces.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a pint jar; cover tightly.
Store in refrigerator several hours before using.
Serve with hot or cold meats, beans or dried peas.
