Vegetarian-Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. light cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 garlic clove, crushed in garlic press
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    6 ripe, pitted olives, finely chopped
    assorted crackers
    bagel chips
    thinly sliced French bread
Preparation
    In medium bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat cream cheese, garlic and pepper until well blended.
    Stir in green onions, radishes and olives.
    Spoon into serving bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to allow time for flavors to blend.
    Yields about 2 cups.
