Carrot-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; place in casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
