Fruit 'N Yogurt Dazzler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 (8 oz.) cartons plain yogurt
    2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    2 c. cantaloupe or honeydew pieces or a combination
    2 c. seedless grapes, halved
    2 c. sliced bananas
    2 Tbsp. toasted coconut
Preparation
    In small saucepan
    combine
    egg yolks, honey, water and cornstarch; mix well.
    Cook
    and
    stir
    over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
    Spoon mixture
    into a small bowl.\tCover with plastic wrap;
    chill mixture
    without
    stirring for several hours.\tAt serving time, fold\tegg
    yolk
    mix into yogurt, blending well. In a large
    glass
    bowl
    or
    individual parfait glasses, layer fruit and yogurt mixture, ending with yogurt on top.
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
    Garnish
    with
    whole fruit, if desired. Makes about 10 servings.
