Light Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Bake on hot griddle.
    Yield:
    4 to 5 servings.
