Coffee Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Brown in butter in hot skillet.
    Then place in casserole dish.
    Mix rest of ingredients and simmer in same skillet until well blended.
    Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
