Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken liver
3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. brandy
3/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. pistachios
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Saute liver and diced
onions
in
1/4 cup butter. Then put all ingredients in a
food\tprocessor and blend well.
Add salt to taste.
Serve with crackers.
