Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut top off peppers, scoop out seeds.
    Cook in boiling water, salted, about 10 minutes.
    Drain and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Meanwhile, mix hamburger, eggs, onions, garlic, salt and bread crumbs. Mix together.
    Place mixture into pepper. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Pour tomato sauce on top of pepper and bake another 15 minutes.
