Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. liquid shortening
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat whites.
    In another large bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Cook as instructed by waffle iron.
