Coconut-Pineapple Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese
1/3 c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. pineapple preserves
Preparation

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in coconut and preserves.
Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
