Crab And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrot
1/2 c. sliced mushroom
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 (2 lb.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. fresh or frozen flaked crab meat
1 c. cooked brown rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 packet Sweet 'N Low
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat oil in Dutch oven or other ovenproof container.
Saute celery, onion, carrot, mushrooms and green pepper until onion is transparent.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Let simmer 5 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
