Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a well-greased pan for 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
