Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. cold water
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Beat without cooking for 1 minute. Place over boiling water and cook until stiff peaks form, beating constantly. Remove from boiling water Add vanilla, beat until spreading consistency.
