Cream Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and potatoes, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
