Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    9 lasagna noodles (dry)
    1 bag washed spinach (4 c.)
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
    12 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, vegetables and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour water over the top. Cover; bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
