Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef broth or bouillon
    1/2 can water
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except margarine; dot margarine around mixture; put in covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
