Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 6 oz. cans chopped clams
2 sticks butter
2 rolls Ritz crackers crumbled
2 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
1 large clove garlic
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Add clams and juice.
Add Ritz crackers and spices.
Put in a buttered dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
