Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
3/4 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 frozen or homemade 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and salt until smooth.
Stir in pecans and pour into shell. Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until center is firm.
Remove from oven and cool.
