Clara'S Deluxe Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. broken walnuts
4 eggs
2 c. presifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Beat sugar and eggs until thickened and pale.
Stir in oil.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots and nuts.
Spoon batter into pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Turn onto cake rack to cool. Frost.
