Magic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 c. (16 to 17 oz. can) canned pumpkin (not mix or filling)
1 egg
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In large size mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients. Turn mixture into pie shell.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 (moderate) oven until sharp-bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve cold with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
