Salmon Jay'S Way - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (2 inch) skinless salmon fillets
2 Tbsp. coarse kosher salt
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. olive oil
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix salt, flour and garlic powder well. Press the mixture on all 4 sides of the salmon fillets.
In a heavy ovenproof skillet, add the oil and once it is hot, add the fillets, browning them lightly on both sides.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
