Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. Italian dressing (Kraft)
Preparation
    Drain
    the
    peas.
    In bowl, add the next 4 ingredients. Place in covered bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve (1 to 2 hours).
