Chicken In Apple Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. apple juice
    2 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 apple, sliced thin and cored
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts and brown in margarine in skillet. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 4 servings with 250 calories per serving.
