Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mixing by hand, combine sugar and eggs.
    Add flour to mixture; add vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add pecans and apples.
    Batter will be thick.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until top of cake is golden brown.
