Sherry'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (saved from chicken)
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken
    until
    done.
    Melt
    butter and pour over stuffing mix.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour 3/4 of mix into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Pull chicken into bite-sized pieces and cover
    in dish.
    Cover with stuffing mixture.
