Cajun Heath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    4 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar; set aside.
    Place margarine, cocoa and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
    Pour hot mixture on flour and sugar; mix well.
    Add buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
    Pour in greased and floured oblong pan (9 x 13-inch). Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
