Pie Crust (4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    With a fork, mix first 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
    In another bowl, beat egg, water and vinegar.
    Combine the 2 mixtures until all ingredients are moistened.
    With hands, mold dough into a ball.
    Chill at least 15 minutes.
    Dough can be left in the refrigerator up to 3 days or frozen until ready to use.
