Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
sugar and ground nutmeg
Preparation

Cream butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in egg until well blended.
Stir in milk.
Sift flour with baking powder and nutmeg.
Add all to batter at once and stir until well blended and smooth.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle top of cookies with sugar mixed with ground nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from pan while warm and cool on rack.
