Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 c. water
Preparation

May substitute 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained, instead of beef.
