Corn-Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    8 oz. light sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. canola oil
    3/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, sour cream, corn and oil.
    Mix well.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook in a greased pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Better served hot.
