Cheese Zucchini Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of garlic powder
4 small unpeeled zucchini, cut in 3 x 1/2-inch strips
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine corn flake crumbs, cheese and seasonings in plastic bag.
Dip zucchini in butter and shake in bag to coat.
Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crisp. Serves 4.
