Kuntry Kassrole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground heffer
    1 ungun, cut up
    1 c. rice, undone
    3 carats, cut up
    5 er 6 taters, cut up
    1 c. peas, cooked
    1 big can maters
    3/4 c. cheez, grated
Preparation
    Put out ground heffer in bottom of big bakin' dish.
    Sprinkle ungun over this.
    Sprankle rice over this.
    Lay carats over this. Lay taters over this.
    Sprankle peas over this.
    Poor cut up maters over this.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Smuther with grated cheez and bake nother 15 minits and then...chow down!
