Chicken Salad Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts
2 whole cooked chicken breasts, boned and diced
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. cheese, grated
5 1/2 oz. pkg. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Bake pie crusts for 10 minutes and set aside.
Mix chicken and all other ingredients except potato chips and cheese.
Pour in crusts.
Cover with cheese and top with potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
