Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
    3/4 c. raspberry or apple juice
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir just until moistened. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking pan. Sprinkle with blackberries. Pour juice over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with ice cream or cream, if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
