Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 eggs
    2 c. Cool Whip
    9-inch baked pie shell
    chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Cream together the butter and sugar until well blended.
    Melt the chocolate. Let cool. Add to butter and sugar.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each one.
    Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into the pie shell.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
    Top with Cool Whip as if it were meringue. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
