Nut Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. soft butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    4 egg yolks
    1 cake yeast
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    2 lb. walnuts, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix butter, sugar, sour cream, egg yolks and flour with the yeast and water.
    Mix dough well and let it rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Mix nuts and confectioners sugar together.
    Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and add to nut mixture.
    If too thick, add a little milk.
    Roll dough 1/8-inch thick and spread with nut mixture.
    Roll tight.
    Let rise again until double in size.
    Bake in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for about 20 or 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 rolls.
    Can be iced.
