Judi'S Ham Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cauliflower, coarsely chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 c. ham, chopped
Preparation

Bring cauliflower and chicken broth to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in soup and cream over low heat.
In small bowl, mix flour and water until smooth.
Stir into soup mixture.
Add pepper, parsley and ham.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
