4 refrigerated prepackaged crescent rolls
8 oz. diced cooked chicken
2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 eggs
3 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation

Press the four crescent rolls into 9-inch quiche pan.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
