Jimmy Carter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    4 1/2 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. milk chocolate instant pudding
    2 3/4 c. milk
    9 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
    1 Hershey bar
    1/3 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Layer #1: Work flour and margarine together as for pie crust. Add peanuts and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool.
