Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. hot beef broth
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. onion sour cream
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine and stir in flour.
Slowly add broth, stirring. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened.
Do not boil.
