Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    22 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add vanilla, salt and sugar.
    Beat until incorporated.
    Add crackers and pecans.
    Pour in greased pie plate and bake 30 minutes.
    Let pie get completely cool.
    Top with whipped topping.
    Chopped pecans may be sprinkled on top.
