Sam'S Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
    1 c. fresh parsley
    1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, whirl to a paste the basil, parsley, pine nuts, olive oil and cheese.
    Add salt and pepper, blend to a smooth consistency.
    Serve with cheese tortellini or linguine.
