Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 c. milk
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
minced onion
Preparation

Heat corn and milk together until hot. Gradually stir in eggs. Add 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and minced onion to taste; mix well. Pour into a buttered round casserole dish.
