Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. frying fat
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
    2 carrots, diced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix mustard, salt, pepper and flour.
    Dredge steak in mixture. Brown well in fat.
    Put into roasting dish and sprinkle meat with onions, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and tomatoes. Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
