Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green tomatoes
    6 small onions
    4 red peppers
    4 green peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, onions and peppers in food processor and chop; pour off juice.
    Add to vinegar, brown sugar and salt.
    Cook for 15 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
    Mix the cornstarch and mustard with enough water to make a paste.
    Add to mixture and cook 2 minutes.
    Then add mayonnaise.
    Stir well.
    Fill hot sterilized jars to top and seal airtight.
