Barb'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 medium onion
    1 large can chicken broth
    2 carrots
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes; dice celery, onion and carrots.
    Cook carrots, celery and onions for 5 minutes.
    Then add potatoes and cook 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
    Add oleo, salt and pepper to taste.
