Rice Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Top with cheese and paprika. Bake in moderate oven until bubbly and cheese has melted.
    Based on 6 servings: 268 calories per serving; 10 g. fat; 555 mg. sodium; 91 mg. cholesterol.
