Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pieces chicken, skin removed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes in juice
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. caraway seed
3/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
cooked noodles (optional)
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden, turning once.
Remove with slotted spoon. Put onions and garlic in skillet and cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, water, paprika, caraway seed and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Bring to boil.
Return chicken to pan, 20 to 25 minutes over medium.
Stir occasionally.
Remove chicken.
Stir sour cream and flour into pan.
Whisk until smooth.
Boil until thickened.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Serve with noodles.
